I was superstoked with what Rob Zombie did with his Halloween remake. After House of 1,000 Corpses, I wasn’t too excited, though. But having a policy of EVERY scary movie EVERY Halloween led me to the first remake. He nailed it.
Absolutely. His Mike Myers is just plain awesome. You actually find yourself rooting for him, he’s so freakin’ bad as hell.
Have you seen The Devil’s Rejects? That one was pretty awesome. It’s a sequel to 1,000 Corpses but it’s very different.
Yeah, I did see, and enjoy, The Devil’s Rejects, especially the opening sequence with The Allman Bros’ “Midnight Rider” playing. When The Fam comes out to fight wearing all that homemade damn armor? Heeeeelll yeah.
